Lead Solutions Architect
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Significant experience in enterprise software engineering/architecture.</li><li>Proven track record leading multi-geography, multi-vendor technical collaborations.</li><li>Deep understanding of cloud SaaS architectures and insurance/health-tech domains.</li><li>Hands-on technical credibility (Java, Kafka, AWS) combined with executive presence and negotiation skills.</li><li>Demonstrable expertise in tools/technologies for design, development, build, testing, and deployment of various applications.</li><li>Experience in health insurance systems.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Manage targeted and structured transfer of code, services, and assets.</li><li>Maintain authoritative documentation covering functional scope, design, architecture, and code status.</li><li>Ensure remediation backlogs are tracked and closed.</li><li>Monitor new features, R&D, and platform developments for applicability in Asian markets.</li><li>Curate an Innovation Radar for leadership regarding upcoming platform releases and opportunities.</li><li>Lead the technical framing, design, and planning of joint development initiatives.</li><li>Define architectural blueprints, integration designs, delivery models, and cost/pricing estimates.</li><li>Coordinate multi-party technical teams to deliver agreed-upon outcomes.</li><li>Champion the Vitality Technical Platform (VTP) for health assets and promote its adoption in Asia.</li></ul>
