Operational Governance and Change Control Lead
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year</b></p>

<ul><li>Proven track record of managing projects / programmes</li><li>Experience of management and motivation of a team</li><li>Experience of managing multiple stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes</li><li>Knowledge of FCA regulations</li><li>Skilled in Planning / PMO</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationships</li><li>Highly organised with a proven ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands</li><li>Solid understanding of change and governance processes</li><li>A fast learner who is adept at problem solving and conflict resolution</li><li>Ability to negotiate and influence people to deliver without direct authority</li><li>Resilient and able to work well with changing priorities</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Work directly with the Central Change Team, Client, IT, 3rd party suppliers, Front and Back-office teams to support governance, planning and control of operational change projects</li><li>Assist in developing the operational change roadmap to ensure effective planning of change affecting operational teams</li><li>Identify and document key milestones, contention, dependencies and risks</li><li>Lead and coach direct reports to source data inputs required for change impact assessments and benefits tracking</li><li>Produce governance reports based on data inputs</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan necessary resource involvement for successful delivery of change projects</li><li>Document and report potential risks and issues</li><li>Manage frameworks, processes and documentation to exceed minimum requirements and protect Service Levels across operations</li><li>Apply change management processes and tools to support the business in delivering strategic priorities</li></ul>
