<ul><li>Support customers from issue receipt to resolution</li><li>Allocate work and assist engineers for timely updates and SLA compliance</li><li>Monitor systems and manage tickets in Field Service Lightning</li><li>Provide updates to customers and prioritize faults</li><li>Coordinate engineers and spares, tracking tasks</li><li>Complete maintenance and reporting as needed</li><li>Arrange supplier access as required</li></ul>
