<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of media broadcasting technology</li><li>Strong C++ development skills (C++ 11 / C++ 17, moving to C++ 20)</li><li>Experience with hands-on technical leadership and mentoring</li><li>Good knowledge of SQL</li><li>QT experience</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Understanding of software engineering best practices and Computer Science fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns)</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design and implement new features and improvements on core automation playout/scheduling software</li><li>Work across the full software development lifecycle</li><li>Mentor team members and champion development techniques</li><li>Promote the use of reviews, latest technologies, tools, and techniques</li><li>Collaborate with team members to enhance the software development process</li></ul>
