Integration Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong technical background with proven knowledge of electrical & software engineering</li><li>Knowledge of components and software systems, including architectures and integrated software solutions</li><li>Understanding of design principles and the application of quality tools</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload and lead issue resolution (with support) either individually or as part of a cross-functional team</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels within the business</li><li>Knowledge of problem-solving, and quality tools</li><li>Highly self-motivated and able to act on initiative</li><li>Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering discipline</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the diagnosis of software and systems issues in the development phase of an Automotive Vehicle Platform</li><li>Focus on issues resolution, specifically understanding root cause and assisting with resolution of systems and software issues within the vehicle</li><li>Engage directly with complex issues to aid with data gathering and defining the problem</li><li>Analyse data with the intent to understand which team owns the resolution of the problems</li><li>Determine the level of urgency required during the first stages of investigations for an issue</li><li>Ensure accuracy of data captured to ensure the quality of level 1 triage issue tickets when raised</li><li>Ensure key testing assets are kept up to date and help in testing complex issues/systems</li><li>Work with all other areas of the business to ensure issues are understood and prioritised correctly</li></ul>

<p>We are an OEM Client based in Gaydon, searching for an Integration Engineer to join our Central Systems Integration Team on an Inside IR35 contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the diagnosis of software and systems issues, ensuring the successful delivery of software from multiple ECUs for the development of state-of-the-art automotive platforms.
