<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools</li><li>Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies</li><li>Ability to develop, interpret, and present metrics, KPIs and performance dashboards</li><li>Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions on complex or sensitive matters</li><li>High attention to detail and process discipline</li><li>Ability to identify areas of weakness and where help is needed</li><li>Experience working within structured project governance frameworks (e.g., PMO, programme teams)</li><li>Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models</li><li>Ability to maintain and update issue registers and tracking systems with accuracy and rigour</li><li>Ability to facilitate regular issue review meetings, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up</li><li>Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant experience</li></ul>

<ul><li>Oversee the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues across complex systems</li><li>Ensure consistent adherence to established processes and effective utilization of issue management tools</li><li>Provide clear and transparent reporting to Senior Stakeholders</li><li>Drive actions based on clear KPIs around defect management with Stakeholders across the company</li><li>Develop metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations</li><li>Facilitate regular issue review meetings, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up</li><li>Maintain and update issue registers and tracking systems with accuracy and rigour</li></ul>
