Senior Service Designer
<p><b>Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Professional knowledge and experience in user-centered design methodologies</li><li>Ability to partner with clients to build and grow UCD capabilities</li><li>Experience navigating complexities within public services or regulated industries</li><li>Expertise in identifying opportunities for service innovation and inclusive design</li><li>Skills in leading and testing prototypes, including participant recruitment</li><li>Ability to conduct service audits and recommend improvements</li><li>Strong storytelling skills to communicate strategic thinking to stakeholders</li><li>Knowledge in business models, operating models, and organizational structures</li><li>Experience mentoring and leading other designers</li><li>Familiarity with agency or consulting environments</li><li>Background in Central Government projects following GDS service standards</li><li>Technical skills in mapping system complexities and articulating service propositions</li><li>Ability to translate ideas into high-fidelity designs based on data insights</li><li>Experience in co-design approaches to engage users and stakeholders</li><li>Capable of creating visual artifacts for communicating ideas and services</li><li>Knowledge of testing end-to-end services and maintaining user-centered design</li></ul>

<ul><li>Support the Lead Service Designer and Project Director in client project delivery</li><li>Assist delivery colleagues in swiftly addressing project issues</li><li>Communicate the value of service design and user-centered approaches confidently</li><li>Support business development activities, including pitch presentations</li><li>Adapt to constructive feedback and manage difficult conversations effectively</li><li>Actively contribute to Community of Practice activities, defining best practices</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends and share knowledge with team members</li><li>Line manage other designers and address emerging issues promptly</li><li>Adapt design approaches to fit client organizational cultures and readiness for change</li><li>Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams at TPXimpact</li><li>Maintain and update skills to stay current with the field of expertise</li></ul>
