Senior Business Analyst, Net Revenue Management
<p><b>Salary: £32,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in business systems analysis, process engineering, and process/organizational transformation</li><li>Lead role in project delivery, including benefit and risk management</li><li>Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving</li><li>Excellent depth of experience within Business Analysis</li><li>Good inter-personal skills to influence business change</li><li>Understanding of software testing, including planning, execution, and tracking</li><li>Strong understanding of IT applications and infrastructure</li><li>Ability to coach and mentor others</li><li>Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Understand and improve the inter-relationships between business processes, people procedures, systems and their associated information flows</li><li>Assist in defining, planning, and preparing Project Capital requests, delivery plans, and associated business benefits</li><li>Accurately identify and specify business solutions that satisfy business requirements and improve business performance</li><li>Build relationships to influence and work collaboratively across IT and business teams</li><li>Ensure user testing and training requirements are understood, documented, and support user adoption of new initiatives</li><li>Manage and lead small to medium-sized business process and solution-related projects</li><li>Follow BA standards and processes meticulously, documenting requirements and tests</li><li>Support the development of peers and junior colleagues within the BA community</li></ul>
