Storage Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME)
<p><b>Salary: £110,000 - 110,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Deep technical expertise across SAN, NAS, and object storage</li><li>Proven hands-on experience with Pure Storage FlashArray and Evergreen solutions</li><li>Experience in enterprise SAN and NAS migrations</li><li>Familiarity with VMware virtualized environments</li><li>Knowledge of storage replication and migration technologies</li><li>Strong understanding of NFS, SMB/CIFS protocols</li><li>Knowledge of file permissions and access control</li><li>Understanding of authentication and identity mechanisms in enterprise environments</li><li>Pure Certified Migration Specialist or equivalent (highly desirable)</li><li>Working knowledge of ITIL and/or COBIT</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead and deliver complex enterprise data migration initiatives from legacy storage platforms to Pure Storage solutions</li><li>Define migration strategy and oversee execution with minimal downtime and zero data loss</li><li>Act as a trusted technical authority throughout the migration lifecycle</li><li>Provide assurance to stakeholders regarding operational stability during migrations</li><li>Document migration processes and produce comprehensive technical reports</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders, outlining project progress and addressing concerns</li></ul>
