ERP Systems Manager
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong, hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP (essential)</li><li>Experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable</li><li>Background supporting and enhancing ERP systems within a manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience producing BI and management reporting (Crystal Reports, Excel, ERP reporting tools)</li><li>Solid understanding of SQL and ERP database administration</li><li>Experience working with EDI and API integrations</li><li>Confident working with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions</li><li>A practical, approachable and collaborative working style</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help users get the best from the system</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Acting as the Infor M3 expert across the business</li><li>Working closely with users to solve problems and improve processes</li><li>Gathering requirements and delivering ERP enhancements</li><li>Developing and maintaining BI and operational reporting (Infor M3, Crystal Reports, Excel)</li><li>Owning data, ETL processes and ERP system administration</li><li>Managing ERP security, access and system releases</li><li>Supporting, training and developing users at all levels</li><li>Maintaining EDI and API integrations</li><li>Influencing stakeholders to drive standardisation and best practice</li></ul>
