Police Sergeant

<ul><li>Previous experience as a Police Sergeant</li><li>Ability to pass a fitness test (level 5.4 shuttle run)</li><li>Hold a full driving license</li><li>Right to work in the UK</li></ul>

<ul><li>Supervising and managing staff, ensuring high levels of motivation</li><li>Monitoring and managing teams performance</li><li>Assessing capabilities and development needs of staff</li><li>Co-ordinating front line response to incidents and investigations</li><li>Allocating resources, directing activities, managing risk and reviewing progression</li><li>Supervising and monitoring the handling of information and intelligence</li><li>Working with partners to ensure effective collaboration</li><li>Ensuring compliance with ISPS and the Port Facility Security Plan</li><li>Carrying out quarterly reviews and planning annual exercises</li><li>Performing Control Room duties</li></ul>
