<ul><li>Provide expert-level support for Matillion and wider data platform technologies</li><li>Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to minimise disruption</li><li>Proactively monitor platform performance and deliver enhancements</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies, access controls, recoverability standards, and governance requirements</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation and drive process optimisation</li><li>Stay ahead of advancements in the data engineering space, sharing knowledge across the team</li><li>Act as a subject-matter expert for Matillion within Technology Operations</li><li>Lead platform support activities and help maintain a resilient, scalable data environment</li><li>Troubleshoot complex data integration, transformation and workflow issues</li><li>Contribute to platform feature design and supportability</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases and best practice guides</li><li>Support strategic initiatives and understand how data platforms shape long-term business outcomes</li></ul>
