Senior Technical Consultant
<p><b>Salary: £33,000 - 48,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Current UK SC clearance or willing to undertake it</li><li>Proven implementation experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)</li><li>Experience with various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, GRC, IRM, and CSDM</li><li>Over 5 years of experience in similar roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem</li><li>Proven expertise in multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, including functionality, database structure, developer APIs, and development tools</li><li>Proficient in Web Technologies (e.g., JavaScript, SOAP/REST web services, XML & JSON)</li><li>Strong customer-facing skills in both virtual and face-to-face settings</li><li>Ability to provide technical leadership and support to the Centre of Excellence</li><li>Experience with Software Development Lifecycle in Agile and Waterfall projects</li><li>Self-managing with the ability to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Skilled in managing customer expectations</li><li>Effective active listening skills</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design and build high-quality ServiceNow solutions</li><li>Provide advice and guidance on ServiceNow implementation and best practices</li><li>Deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements</li><li>Communicate complex issues to meet business and customer requirements</li><li>Stay updated with market developments, technologies, products, and strategies</li><li>Ensure adherence to coding and design standards and provide technical documentation</li><li>Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements</li><li>Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>Escalate issues in line with company processes to meet customer demands</li><li>Attend and present at customer meetings to ensure understanding of requirements</li><li>Record, qualify, and question customer requirements, especially in complex projects</li><li>Collaborate across all ServiceNow Centre of Excellence teams</li><li>Provide technical design authority and mentor junior team members</li><li>Act as a role model by sharing internal best practices</li></ul>
