Products Developer
<p><b>Salary: £32,000 - 72,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in a Product Developer or similar role within textile-based products</li><li>Strong technical understanding of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes</li><li>Experience managing technical documentation and product specifications</li><li>Confident working with global suppliers and manufacturing partners</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Experience with garment fit, sizing, grading, and quality control</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept through to production and launch</li><li>Research materials, components, and construction methods to support product improvement and innovation</li><li>Work with suppliers and external partners to manage sampling, testing, and approvals</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs)</li><li>Manage fit, sizing, and quality reviews, providing clear feedback to suppliers</li><li>Review product costings and support margin and commercial targets</li><li>Monitor progress against agreed timelines and critical paths, escalating risks where required</li><li>Ensure products meet internal quality and compliance requirements</li><li>Provide accurate product information to internal stakeholders to support commercial activity</li></ul>
