Product Developer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Knowledge of relevant standards (EN ISO 20471, EN343, ISO 13688, RIS 3279)</li><li>Strong technical skills in textiles, fabric testing, and garment development</li><li>Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar for technical flats</li><li>Familiarity with global supply chains and regulatory environments</li><li>Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop & manage the full product lifecycle</li><li>Conduct research on fabrics, materials, treatments, and emerging market trends</li><li>Prepare technical specifications and certification documentation</li><li>Work with factories and testing partners to ensure compliance and quality</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches</li><li>Monitor industry standards and ensure products meet relevant EN/ISO certifications</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join our team in Worcester. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary between £32,000 and £40,000, depending on experience. We provide a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home one day a week.
