Head of Network Professional Services

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Cisco Certifications - CCNP or CCIE</li><li>Significant experience in a senior technical leadership role within a network consultancy, MSP, or systems integrator</li><li>Strong hands-on background in enterprise networking technologies (routing, switching, wireless, security, UC)</li><li>Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams</li><li>Strong understanding of networking best practices, performance, reliability, and security</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and senior stakeholders</li><li>Strong organisational, people management, and delivery skills</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Define and execute the Professional Services engineering strategy, aligned to customer needs and business growth</li><li>Own technical standards, solution design quality, and delivery governance across all projects</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed technical and security standards</li><li>Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues</li><li>Build, lead, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence</li><li>Oversee skills development, training plans, and performance management</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and delivery methodologies</li><li>Work closely with Pre-Sales to translate customer requirements into robust, commercially viable solutions</li><li>Partner with Support teams to ensure smooth handover, documentation, and long-term service stability</li><li>Act as a senior technical advisor in customer engagements, design workshops, and solution demonstrations</li></ul>
