CRM Developer
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 65,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365</li><li>Strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customisation</li><li>Experience with Power Pages or Power Portals is highly advantageous</li><li>Solid technical understanding of interface development and application integrations</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to lead technical and functional discussions with internal stakeholders</li><li>Capable of dealing directly with business users and working alongside testers</li><li>Knowledge of the D365 product suite with a desire to maintain that knowledge</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Development and 3rd line support of custom Dynamics CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement</li><li>Customisation of D365 module components such as Power Pages and Power Automate</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, data, and system configuration issues</li><li>Deliver custom CRM solutions using JavaScript</li><li>Suggest appropriate ways to deliver requirements using features, code, and tools in D365</li><li>Collaborate with team members in a Scrum Agile environment</li></ul>
