<ul><li>Collaborate with the development team to design and implement scalable Java applications</li><li>Utilize the Spring Framework to build robust backend services</li><li>Integrate Kafka for real-time data streaming</li><li>Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for application performance</li><li>Apply data processing technologies such as Flink, Spark, or Databricks in projects</li><li>Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers</li><li>Participate in daily standups and contribute to sprint planning activities</li></ul>
