Senior Product Manager (AI Ops)

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled initiatives across internal enterprise systems and workflows</li><li>Act as product owner for AI integration within platforms such as Salesforce, Zuora and Microsoft Dynamics</li><li>Identify, prioritise and deliver AI and automation use cases that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and speed up cycle times</li><li>Partner closely with Engineering, Product Operations, Analytics and business teams to design and ship AI-powered workflows</li><li>Ensure AI capabilities are production-ready, scalable and embedded into operational processes</li><li>Lead rollout, adoption and change management for AI-enabled enhancements</li><li>Track delivery progress, risks and dependencies, providing clear and outcome-focused updates to stakeholders</li></ul>
