3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong experience in 3rd Line or senior escalation roles</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure & cloud infrastructure</li><li>Strong understanding of virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware)</li><li>Solid networking knowledge including firewalls, switching, VPNs, and security</li><li>Confident leading incidents, projects, and technical decisions</li><li>Clear communicator and trusted technical authority</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Take ownership of complex environments and projects</li><li>Lead on escalations and incident resolutions</li><li>Design and deliver infrastructure and cloud solutions</li><li>Collaborate with other senior engineers on Azure, virtualisation, networking, security, and automation</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and shape systems</li></ul>
