Product Owner - Assurance (AIOps, Network Monitoring)

<ul><li>Strong expertise in Assurance, AIOps, Network Monitoring, and Fault Management</li><li>Deep knowledge of fault/performance management, alarm normalization, topology aware correlation, and SLA monitoring</li><li>Experience in closed loop automation</li><li>Ability to translate operational challenges into intuitive, scalable product features</li><li>Proficiency in using AI/ML techniques for predictive insights</li><li>Strong skills in stakeholder management and backlog prioritization</li><li>Strong data-driven decision making abilities</li><li>Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills</li></ul>

<ul><li>Define the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next generation service assurance capabilities</li><li>Enhance real time observability and proactive detection of issues</li><li>Conduct anomaly identification, event correlation, and root cause analysis (RCA)</li><li>Ensure seamless integration with assurance, NOC/SOC workflows, and cross-domain OSS systems</li><li>Develop features that reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and improve service reliability</li><li>Drive operational efficiency through innovative product enhancements</li><li>Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and manage product backlog</li></ul>
