Lead IT Engineer

<ul><li>Strong background in senior technical or 3rd Line roles</li><li>Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure, virtualization & infrastructure design</li><li>Solid networking knowledge including firewalls, switching, VPNs, and security</li><li>Confident mentoring and supporting other engineers</li><li>Calm under pressure and trusted as a technical authority</li></ul>

<ul><li>Act as the technical escalation point for the team</li><li>Guide and mentor other engineers in their growth and development</li><li>Shape infrastructure decisions and standards within the team</li><li>Lead complex cloud, infrastructure, and security projects</li><li>Ensure high-quality technical work with ownership and trust</li><li>Influence the direction of technology and engineering practices</li></ul>
