CRM Support Administrator

<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Several years of experience working with and supporting a mainstream CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, HubSpot, Odoo, Remedy, MondayCRM)/n- Basic coding skills with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and/or Python/n- Excellent communication skills to support users at all levels</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support onboarding and off-boarding processes for CRM users/n- Setup user accounts and manage permissions/n- Configure and support CRM dashboards/n- Implement CRM automation and customisation/n- Provide day-to-day general admin and support to resolve issues/n- Work on system improvements and coding tasks as needed</li></ul>
