Systems Engineering Lead
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Chartered Engineer or significant experience of working at equivalent level in major rail infrastructure/construction projects or equivalent</li><li>Extensive experience of the application of configuration/change management processes in major rail infrastructure/construction projects or equivalent</li><li>Knowledge and experience of the regulatory environment and statutory obligations relating to major rail infrastructure/construction projects or equivalent</li><li>Capable of working collaboratively and effectively with project delivery teams, management, and the project leadership, clients, sub-contractors, regulatory bodies, and other major stakeholders</li><li>High standard of verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences</li><li>Awareness of the various disciplines involved in delivering major railway projects, their roles, and responsibilities</li><li>High standard of information management and analytical skills, able to quickly and efficiently seek out the relevant and pertinent points from large volumes of project information</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Manage and develop the Change and Configuration Team, enabling them to implement the Change and Configuration Management plans/processes</li><li>Review and update the Change and Configuration Management plans/processes, ensuring that they are fully implemented across the project</li><li>Chair and facilitate the running of the Change & Configuration Board to ensure effective review of instructed technical changes for endorsement and implementation</li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessment of proposed instruction(s) that may lead to changes and manage and assess internal and other (non-client) change requests</li><li>Ensure all change requests are fully traceable, demonstrating that change has been implemented by the project teams</li></ul>

<p>We are looking for a Systems Engineering Lead (Change & Configuration Lead) to join our team on the High Speed Rail London Tunnels Programme, based at Euston, London, with hybrid working arrangements. This is an initial 12-month contract, and we offer a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development. In this role, you will oversee the Change and Configuration Management team and ensure that all processes are effectively maintained and implemented.</p>
