Technical Support Specialist - Kingston
<p><b>Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Extensive experience in 3rd line technical support</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking (SD-WAN, Aruba/Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet), and WiFi infrastructure</li><li>Expertise in Microsoft technologies (AD, MECM, InTune, AutoPilot), Okta, and AWS</li><li>Hands-on experience with VMWare/Nutanix, scripting (PowerShell), and certificate management</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work autonomously</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience in manufacturing environments</li><li>Degree-level education preferred</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the on-site technical representative for IT, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs</li><li>Maintain and optimise infrastructure performance, ensuring resilience and security</li><li>Deliver upgrades and maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations</li><li>Document fixes, changes, and processes in accordance with IT Security Policy and change control</li><li>Collaborate across teams and with third parties to ensure seamless technical operations</li><li>Provide innovation and advice on technologies supporting Premier Foods environments</li><li>Travel to other UK sites as required</li></ul>
