Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Remote)
<p><b>Salary: £102,400 - 102,400 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant</li><li>Strong ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) experience is highly desirable</li><li>Comfortable working across change and BAU support</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to own issues through to resolution</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support and enhance the live Oracle Fusion environment</li><li>Manage Core HR employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding</li><li>Oversee person management and work relationships</li><li>Configure positions, organizations, and work schedules</li><li>Manage journeys configuration and role/access management using Security Console</li><li>Utilize Transaction Console for troubleshooting</li><li>Handle Absence Management including plans, types, and accrual configuration</li><li>Focus on candidate management and hiring flows for Recruiting (ORC)</li><li>Configure and optimize job requisitions</li><li>Manage learning modules including courses, offerings, and enrolments</li><li>Oversee performance modules including goals, checkpoints, and review periods</li><li>Engage in hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM activities</li><li>Participate in end-to-end implementations and support environments</li><li>Familiarize with quarterly releases and Redwood UI</li><li>Work directly with Oracle Support for issue analysis and investigation</li></ul>

This remote position offers a daily rate of £410 and falls within IR35. We are looking for someone who enjoys a mix of business-as-usual tasks, optimization, and hands-on configuration across HCM and Recruiting modules.
