Senior Golang Engineer - AI & Platform Security
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Golang in production environments</li><li>Background in application, product, or platform security</li><li>Proven experience securing real systems, not just advising on them</li><li>Ability to think like both a builder and an attacker</li><li>Cloud-native experience (containers, Kubernetes, modern infrastructure)</li><li>Interest in AI / GenAI / LLM security (commercial experience preferred, not essential)</li><li>No prior financial services experience is required; engineers from big tech, scale-ups, and high-growth startups are strongly encouraged to apply</li></ul>

<ul><li>Building secure, production AI platforms using Golang</li><li>Actively breaking and stress-testing systems to identify vulnerabilities</li><li>Conducting ethical hacking and attack simulations on real applications</li><li>Securing AI-specific attack surfaces (e.g. prompt injection, model misuse, data leakage)</li><li>Designing and building security tooling and frameworks</li><li>Embedding security early while maintaining engineering velocity</li><li>Setting engineering and security standards at a senior level</li><li>Mentoring engineers on secure-by-design development practices</li></ul>
