Application Manager (SAP)
<p><b>Salary: £24,000 - 64,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience (3 years) supporting SAP Financials, MM, and SD modules</li><li>Hands-on experience with EDI processes and tools</li><li>Experience supporting SAP within a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment</li><li>Understanding of SAP integrations and data governance principles</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks</li><li>Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field</li><li>SAP certification(s) in relevant modules desirable but not essential</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>Detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and process compliance</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide functional support and configuration expertise across SAP Financials, MM, and SD modules</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for SAP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption</li><li>Support and troubleshoot EDI processes, including partner setup, message types, and error resolution</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities to streamline SAP processes and improve data quality</li><li>Deliver training, guidance, and support to end users to maximise SAP adoption and value</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures</li><li>Support SAP enhancements, upgrades, and change control activities</li><li>Work closely with internal teams and external vendors on SAP projects and integrations</li><li>Ensure SAP processes comply with internal controls, governance, and audit standards</li></ul>
