Lead Full Stack Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong .NET development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API</li><li>Front-end development expertise with React (preferred), Angular, or jQuery</li><li>Knowledge of SharePoint Online, including SPFx and custom solutions</li><li>Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate)</li><li>Integration experience with Microsoft 365 services</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Azure DevOps, Git)</li><li>Full stack experience with modern back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python)</li><li>SQL and NoSQL database experience and RESTful API integration</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)</li><li>Proven experience leading developers and delivering secure, high-quality applications in Agile environments</li><li>Desirable: Experience with Dataverse, Jira, or Azure Boards</li><li>Desirable: Familiarity with enterprise-scale business applications</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead design, development, and maintenance of full stack applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.</li><li>Manage and mentor a small team of developers, supporting their growth and ensuring technical standards are upheld.</li><li>Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.</li><li>Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.</li><li>Implement integrations with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Graph API.</li><li>Contribute to DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for automated, reliable deployments.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives across development processes, architecture, and coding standards.</li></ul>
