Technical Consultant, EUC Infrastructure
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of end-user computing (EUC) and end-user devices (EUD), including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobiles</li><li>Experience with software/service dependencies, including collaboration tools and VPN access</li><li>Proficient in data collection methods such as interviews, surveys, analytics, and system logs</li><li>Skilled in persona development, including creating actionable journey maps and identifying pain points</li><li>Ability to conduct device analysis, including inventory review and usage analysis</li><li>Experience with license optimisation, specifically with Microsoft 365 license usage</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Capture, analyse, and interpret device insights related to performance metrics and usage patterns</li><li>Conduct persona fitment analysis to align users with appropriate devices and technology stacks</li><li>Identify optimisation opportunities through deep analysis of device usage, including performance enhancements</li><li>Develop and refine persona classification models to accurately reflect user needs</li><li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to influence strategy and drive organisational change</li><li>Ensure the end-user environment aligns with business goals and productivity needs</li></ul>
