Lead Product Manager, Integrations

<ul><li>Proven experience in product management, specifically with APIs and integrations</li><li>Strong technical background in software development and architecture</li><li>Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders</li><li>Experience leading and mentoring product teams</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills with external partners and vendors</li><li>Demonstrated ability to define and document technical requirements clearly</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on scalable solutions</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own the platform and third-party integrations at a strategic level</li><li>Influence product direction across the organization and at senior stakeholder level</li><li>Lead multiple squads, ensuring alignment with business and technical strategy</li><li>Coach and mentor junior Product Managers, supporting capability and career development</li><li>Build and manage strong relationships with external vendors and partners</li><li>Ensure requirements for new opportunities are clearly defined, agreed, and technically feasible</li><li>Work closely with engineering to avoid bespoke solutions, focusing on scalable and reusable capabilities across products and offerings</li></ul>
