Pega Lead System Architect
<p><b>Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>10-14 years of overall experience</li><li>Minimum of 3 years as a Lead System Architect (LSA)</li><li>Two successful end-to-end implementations of Pega CS</li><li>Strong understanding of case taxonomy, microjourneys, and interaction flows</li><li>Proficient in non-functional requirements such as scale and resiliency</li><li>Expertise in integration architecture including REST/JSON and OAuth2</li><li>Experienced in data design and enterprise data models</li><li>Knowledge of UX strategies including accessibility (WCAG)</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps practices and toolsets</li><li>Strong understanding of security and compliance standards such as GDPR</li><li>Proven leadership in CoE activities and AI initiatives</li><li>Mandatory: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)</li><li>Preferred: Additional certifications in Pega Decisioning, GenAI, and Digital Messaging</li></ul>

<ul><li>Own the solution blueprint including case taxonomy and microjourneys</li><li>Define non-functional requirements and integration strategies</li><li>Design integration architecture and oversee data design processes</li><li>Implement UX strategies ensuring accessibility and responsive behavior</li><li>Manage DevOps practices including deployment pipelines and automated quality gates</li><li>Lead observability and performance tuning initiatives</li><li>Ensure security and compliance with industry standards</li><li>Provide leadership in CoE standards and facilitate AI initiatives</li><li>Document architecture decisions and engage in stakeholder management</li><li>Lead testing strategies and ensure effective communication with stakeholders</li></ul>
