Azure Integration Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in integration engineering with a focus on cloud technologies</li><li>Proven experience with the Azure Integration Platform, specifically: Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Event Grid, and Azure API Management</li><li>Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps and solid experience implementing and managing CI/CD processes</li><li>Extensive experience in developing and managing integration pipelines, with a deep understanding of pub/sub and event-driven patterns</li><li>Strong proficiency in data governance, security, and the operational monitoring of distributed cloud systems</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient integration pipelines for seamless data flow across global enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services</li><li>Take end-to-end ownership of event-based pub/sub integration solutions utilizing Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Event Grid for high-performance communication</li><li>Utilize modern integration patterns to ensure reliable and decoupled data flows across the ecosystem</li><li>Ensure strict version control and reproducibility of integration logic using Azure DevOps and established .NET best practices</li><li>Develop and maintain high-quality .NET-based services and handlers to transform and route data between disparate systems</li><li>Work within our technology governance framework to implement best practices for data quality, security, and compliance</li><li>Use best-practice implementations for observability, alerting, and monitoring to enhance integration operations</li><li>Optimize and troubleshoot deployment pipelines while ensuring high reliability and rapid delivery cycles through CI/CD processes</li></ul>
