IT Project Consultant

<ul><li>Strong customer service background in a technical or IT-facing role</li><li>Experience delivering or supporting IT infrastructure, AV, or technology projects</li><li>Good understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and on-site IT installations</li><li>Confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Happy working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent progression opportunity into IT Project Management</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Consult with new and existing clients to understand requirements and recommend IT and AV solutions</li><li>Support pre-sales activity by answering technical enquiries and attending client viewings when required</li><li>Act as the link between sales, operations, IT, and clients translating technical detail into clear guidance</li><li>Quote and coordinate AV and infrastructure solutions, working with internal teams and external contractors</li><li>Manage and coordinate installations and small fit-out projects for client offices</li><li>Support larger or more complex client requirements, including managing third-party suppliers</li><li>Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation for internal and external use</li><li>Provide regular updates and reporting on pre-sales and project activity to stakeholders</li></ul>
