<p><b>Salary: £30,000 - 59,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience supporting or developing business systems (ERP, CRM, housing, finance, HR, etc.)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts into plain language</li><li>Comfortable working in Agile environments or eager to develop Agile experience</li><li>Organized and eager to build technical confidence while handling varied tasks</li><li>Understanding of data quality, security, and good IT governance</li><li>Housing sector or housing systems experience is a bonus</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support the delivery, configuration, testing, and improvement of key IT systems across the organization</li><li>Work closely with experienced developers and technical leads on real system enhancements</li><li>Help troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations and data flows, and contribute to system upgrades and new feature rollouts</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, planning, and retrospectives to champion continuous improvement</li><li>Produce clear documentation, process maps, and support materials for colleagues</li><li>Collaborate with teams across Tech & Data and the wider business to solve operational challenges</li></ul>
