Head of Network Engineering

<ul><li>Cisco Certifications - CCNP or CCIE</li><li>Professional Services Leadership</li><li>Technical Escalation & Delivery Oversight</li><li>Pre-Sales & Solution Design</li><li>Proven senior technical leadership in a network consultancy, MSP, or systems integrator</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking technologies: routing, switching, wireless, security, and UC</li><li>Track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li></ul>

<ul><li>Define and execute the network engineering strategy aligned with business growth and customer needs</li><li>Ensure high-quality solution design, delivery, and operational standards across all projects</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team, fostering technical excellence and accountability</li><li>Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues</li><li>Work closely with Pre-Sales and Support teams to translate requirements into robust, commercially viable solutions and ensure smooth project handovers</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies</li></ul>
