Head of Digital and Technology
<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven leadership of IT and Digital functions in a complex, multi-site environment</li><li>A track record of delivering digital change, not just designing PowerPoint strategies</li><li>Strong experience across digital platforms, applications, data, infrastructure and cyber security</li><li>Confidence operating at board level, translating tech into commercial outcomes</li><li>Deep understanding of supplier management, contracts and value delivery</li><li>Experience operating within regulated or accredited environments (e.g. ISO27001, PCI, Cyber Essentials)</li><li>Experience of working in retail, leisure or hospitality is very advantageous</li></ul>

<ul><li>Defining and delivering a clear, commercially aligned digital and technology strategy</li><li>Leading large-scale digital transformation programmes that materially improve customer experience</li><li>Using data and digital products to increase sales, improve retention and reduce manual effort</li><li>Leading and developing a senior, multi-disciplinary technology team (circa 50 people across digital, data, applications, infrastructure and security)</li><li>Owning supplier strategy and commercial outcomes, not just contracts</li><li>Partnering with operational and executive stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable technology solutions</li><li>Managing OPEX and CAPEX with board-level accountability</li></ul>
