<p><b>Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Deep, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS implementations)</li><li>Strong understanding of finance and core ERP business processes</li><li>Proven experience with D365 AI, Copilot and intelligent agents (essential)</li><li>Exposure to the wider Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure) is highly desirable</li><li>Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (e.g., Prince2, Sure Step)</li><li>Comfortable running smaller projects independently and contributing to larger, complex programmes</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, consultative mindset</li><li>Microsoft certifications in D365 Business Central are advantageous</li><li>Typically 4 years experience as an ERP / Dynamics consultant</li><li>Confident discussing AI strategy, Copilot adoption and automation with senior stakeholders</li><li>Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants is a plus</li><li>Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead D365 Business Central projects end-to-end, from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support</li><li>Act as the senior client-facing consultant, building long-term relationships and driving high retention</li><li>Conduct detailed business process reviews to identify efficiency gains and automation opportunities</li><li>Lead AI readiness assessments, advising on Copilot, Agents and intelligent workflow adoption</li><li>Configure, customise and optimise Business Central to align with client workflows and strategic objectives</li><li>Collaborate with developers to design and deliver bespoke extensions, integrations and AI-powered agents</li><li>Oversee data migrations, ensuring accuracy, integrity and readiness for live environments</li><li>Deliver engaging user training sessions and create clear, practical documentation</li><li>Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimisation post-implementation</li><li>Contribute to the development of AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulations</li><li>Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, AI and industry best practices</li></ul>
