Smart Integrations Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience in smart buildings, proptech, IoT, BMS, or in-building technology environments</li><li>Comfortable with operational roles (service desk, MSP, or live systems support)</li><li>Experience managing tickets, vendors, escalations, and SLAs</li><li>Working knowledge of smart systems and integrations</li><li>Exposure to networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)</li><li>Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own smart building integrations and data flows (IoT platforms, BMS, brokers, connected systems)</li><li>Monitor system performance, uptime, and data integrity</li><li>Act as a 1st/2nd line escalation point for smart systems issues</li><li>Manage third-party vendors and hold them accountable to SLAs</li><li>Coordinate fault resolution, fixes, upgrades, and improvements</li><li>Support deployment of new smart technologies into existing buildings</li><li>Work alongside enterprise architecture and property technology teams</li><li>Improve operational documentation, standards, and processes</li></ul>

<p>We are looking for a Smart Integrations Analyst to join our team, located at Marble Arch, London. This is a hybrid role with 4 days on-site, including some client visits. As a part of a prestigious FTSE 100 business, you will have exposure to estate-scale smart building technology and a supportive work environment that prioritizes stability and growth. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 - £60,000, along with up to a 10% discretionary bonus, shares, and a 15% non-contributory pension.</p>
