Lead Appian Developer

<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>5 years hands-on Appian experience (7 years IT experience)</li><li>Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3)</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAIL interfaces, process models, records, integrations, and security</li><li>Agile/Scrum experience</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills</li><li>Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, automated testing, or source control (desirable)</li><li>Experience in regulated or data-sensitive sectors (desirable)</li><li>Knowledge of AI/intelligent automation within Appian (desirable)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the design and architecture of Appian solutions</li><li>Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable applications</li><li>Set and uphold development standards and best practices</li><li>Mentor and coach Appian developers, building team capability</li><li>Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery across projects</li></ul>
