BI Product Manager
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Demonstrated experience managing business intelligence products or platforms within a medium or large organisation, showing a commitment to collaborative problem-solving.</li><li>Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for backlog management, task prioritisation, and project tracking within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of reporting methodologies including dashboard creation, report automation, and data visualisation techniques that support informed decision-making.</li><li>Experience supporting engineering teams with data integration processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in BI outputs.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to engage empathetically with stakeholders at all levels, building trust through clear communication and active listening.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Engaging with stakeholders across different business units to gather requirements, build relationships, and ensure BI products align with organisational goals.</li><li>Managing the backlog of BI product enhancements and issues using Azure DevOps, prioritising tasks collaboratively with your team to deliver timely improvements.</li><li>Overseeing the monthly lifecycle of multiple BI products, coordinating updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation across the business.</li><li>Supporting reporting activities by helping your team design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports that empower decision-making.</li><li>Assisting engineering efforts related to BI products, providing guidance on best practices for data integration, transformation, and visualisation.</li><li>Supporting the implementation of new BI tools or features across the organisation, facilitating training sessions and user onboarding to maximise adoption.</li></ul>
