Technical Administrator
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience with creating and managing Teamcenter engineering design changes</li><li>Ability to work without close supervision</li><li>Excellent planning and communication skills</li><li>Completes tasks on time and can effectively prioritise work</li><li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft products, including Word and Excel</li><li>Organised, self-motivated, good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as being able to work independently</li><li>Motivated to understand and learn a wide variety of business processes</li><li>Proficient with running change reports in Teamcenter and creating effective content for presentation to key stakeholders</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the Syteline CCAR system</li><li>Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the business to chase progress, provide assistance and present in review boards</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Co-ordinate and facilitate divisional design changes through the Teamcenter Change Process</li><li>Create and manage product change notices and product change plans</li><li>Manage the impact of design changes by identifying all parts, divisions and stakeholders that are affected</li><li>Create and communicate weekly reports, including statistics on open design changes and change management</li><li>Create and maintain and accurately input data in technical and commercial databases</li><li>Create and maintain administrative documentation in technical and commercial databases</li><li>Respond promptly to urgent data or document requests from sales & service organisation</li><li>Ensure all supplied data and documents are compliant with Renishaw and legal standards</li></ul>
