Full Stack Developer
<p><b>Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong Full Stack development experience</li><li>Backend development with Java and/or Scala</li><li>Frontend development using Angular or a similar modern JavaScript framework</li><li>Experience with distributed compute concepts and tools such as Apache Spark, Databricks, Apache Beam (or similar)</li><li>Solid experience with Azure cloud technologies</li><li>Database experience with cloud and relational databases, e.g. Snowflake, Sybase, or similar</li><li>Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments</li><li>Nice to have: Experience working within financial services or regulated environments</li><li>Nice to have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices</li><li>Nice to have: Exposure to large-scale data platforms or analytics systems</li></ul>

<p>We are working with a leading financial services client who is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our technology team on an initial 6-month contract. This role offers a hybrid working model, with three days per week required onsite in Glasgow. You will be part of a modern engineering team delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions, working across both backend and frontend technologies in a distributed data-driven environment. We offer a competitive inside IR35 day rate and an opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale systems.</p>
