Sitecore Developer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong experience as a Sitecore Developer, ideally within a complex or large-scale environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Sitecore (JSS, SXA, component libraries) and React/Next.js.</li><li>Experience using tools/services to manage Sitecore XPC (Managed Cloud Offering).</li><li>Knowledge of front-end pipelines and tooling such as Gulp, NPM, Bower, Webpack.</li><li>Practical GitHub experience and familiarity with full development lifecycle.</li><li>Demonstrable experience building applications from scratch.</li><li>Ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines and design standards.</li><li>Deep understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to quickly adopt and learn new technologies.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Transform UX designs into UI components, workflows, and interfaces using React/Next.js and Sitecore.</li><li>Build robust, reusable component libraries across Sitecore JSS, SXA, and React/Next.js.</li><li>Partner with UX designers, product managers, and business analysts to embed user-centred design.</li><li>Develop components to a high standard, following best practices and optimised performance.</li><li>Contribute to reusable design systems and shared libraries used across projects.</li><li>Engage with developers and cross-functional teams to advocate for user-centric solutions.</li><li>Ensure solutions align with evolving UX standards, guidelines, and toolkits.</li><li>Support POCs, design sprints, and innovation sessions.</li><li>Enhance front-end experiences and overall UI/UX across digital products.</li><li>Upskill colleagues in React, Sitecore, and front-end best practices.</li></ul>
