Product Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience in a hybrid role such as Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner / Service Designer</li><li>Strong discovery and structured problem-solving skills</li><li>Confident writing requirements for technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Comfortable working in agile delivery environments</li><li>Experience working with enterprise clients</li><li>Strong understanding of digital products (workflows, usability, APIs, data)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support and lead discovery: workshops, interviews, journey mapping, problem definition</li><li>Translate insight into epics/user stories with clear acceptance criteria</li><li>Own and manage the backlog, keeping the team focused on value</li><li>Support agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)</li><li>Manage stakeholder relationships, decisions, risks, and trade-offs</li><li>Align product direction with technical constraints and long-term sustainability</li><li>Define and track KPIs, using results to shape the roadmap</li></ul>
