Oracle Fusion Cloud Support Specialist
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience supporting and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud</li><li>Functional expertise in HCM (Core HR, Journeys, Talent), Payroll & Time and Labour, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Finance (GL, AP, AR), Procurement</li><li>Strong experience with OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reporting</li><li>Familiarity with Oracle Fusion workflows and integrations (inbound/outbound)</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, testing, UAT, and change management experience</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide hands-on functional support across a live Oracle Fusion Cloud environment</li><li>Act as the key point of contact for day-to-day support</li><li>Resolve routine and complex functional, data, and integration issues</li><li>Work closely with business users, ICT teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure a positive user experience</li><li>Configure enhancements and support quarterly Oracle updates</li><li>Assist with testing and release management</li><li>Design and maintain reporting and analytics</li><li>Help improve system usage and promote Oracle best practices</li><li>Contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation</li></ul>
