Software Release Specialist
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experienced supporting or coordinating software releases in an agile environment</li><li>Comfortable planning, scheduling, and managing change in deadline-driven settings</li><li>Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping define clear next steps</li><li>Familiar with version control (e.g. Git) and modern CI/CD concepts</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms and distributed system architectures</li><li>Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence</li><li>Previous experience in regulated or compliance-led environments is highly beneficial</li></ul>

<ul><li>Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of software changes across production systems</li><li>Ensure releases are reliable, compliant, and delivered smoothly across complex platforms</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver change across distributed systems</li><li>Help teams move changes efficiently from development to production while maintaining strong governance</li><li>Ensure release activity is well planned, well communicated, and audit-ready</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across globally distributed teams in release tooling and practices</li><li>Tackle technical challenges at scale while working with large-scale, cloud-native platforms and automated delivery pipelines</li></ul>
