SAP SuccessFactors Functional Manager
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically Employee Central and Compensation</li><li>Proven delivery of 2-3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations</li><li>Experience leading functional workstreams or small teams</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions</li><li>Strong client-facing and communication skills</li><li>SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation certifications (essential)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the functional lead for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation</li><li>Lead or support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions</li><li>Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs</li><li>Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules</li><li>Support data migration, integrations and security design</li><li>Produce functional specifications, design documents and user documentation</li><li>Facilitate client workshops, presentations and training sessions</li></ul>
