Technical Lead

<ul><li>Proven experience as a Technical Lead in software development</li><li>Deep expertise in .NET Core, SQL, and document databases (Cosmos DB desirable)</li><li>Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture</li><li>Ability to design and develop high-quality solutions for enterprise applications</li><li>Experience with infrastructure as code and Azure CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Demonstrated skills in event-driven design and asynchronous processing</li><li>Capacity to mentor and provide guidance to mid-level and junior developers</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teams and stakeholders</li><li>Initiative-driven mindset with a focus on agile delivery practices</li></ul>
