<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>7 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Transformation roles</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, PMGM, ONB 2.0, LMS, and Position Management</li><li>Proven experience delivering end-to-end HRIS implementations in global environments</li><li>Strong experience in system integrations using CPI or similar middleware</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead complex HR transformation programs</li><li>Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements</li><li>Proven experience in data migration, system testing, and go-live support</li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments</li><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred)</li><li>Experience working in multinational or enterprise-scale organizations</li><li>Exposure to tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and project management platforms</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations including Employee Central, PMGM, ONB 2.0, LMS, Position Management, and Contingent Workforce</li><li>Manage the full HRIS lifecycle covering requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support</li><li>Deliver large-scale HR transformation programs aligned with organizational strategy, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Design and manage system integrations with SmartRecruiters, SAP Concur, OpenText, ECP, and ServiceNow using CPI middleware</li><li>Oversee HR technology architecture to ensure seamless data flow and system performance</li><li>Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery</li><li>Lead project governance including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change control</li><li>Drive user adoption through effective change management, training, and communication strategies</li><li>Develop functional and technical documentation, user guides, and training materials</li><li>Lead data migration, validation, and cutover activities ensuring data accuracy and stability</li><li>Manage and mentor cross-functional HRIT teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization</li><li>Ensure compliance with GDPR, data security standards, and internal governance policies</li><li>Manage third-party vendors and ensure quality delivery against SLAs</li><li>Support audits, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Use tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Visio, and MS Office to support delivery and reporting</li></ul>
